What is quality? From one person to another, quality varies. For myself, quality is based on experience, usability, and the subject of conversation. If quality is based on a service, no one likes bad customer service. We know good service and easily recognize bad service.
RG4S quality The Regional4Sale.com quality motto is this: "You find a flaw, we'll fix it. You find a need to improve, we'll fix it." The result sometimes is unexpected, but I (andy) know thousands of companies that do not fix their most obvious issues, and continue to seek your respect. What I (andy) expect from you who reports quality issues or problems is simple reporting, respect for us making an honest mistake, and us responding to you in a reasonable amount of time. For example, if we do not list your city for a business city site, let us know. I care. Maybe your city you should start yourself. I encourage you to prompt yourself to become involved and a leader. Leadership is not singular, it is plural.
Total Quality RG4S understands total quality. Total Quality Managment (TQM) is understood by the owners and investors as a source of differentiation. RG4S can change without long delays and arduous voting and polling, and other survey instruments that slow and delay transformation and improvement. Change management is at the heart of our organization.
Andy's quality management experience comes from years in Microsoft Software Replication and Microsoft Worldwide Quality. JoJo understands quality from her 14 years of experience at International Game Technology (IGT).

We live in Reno, Nevada. We both met while attending school in September 2003. Serving others has been our mission and vision since the conception of the company. JoJo finished her Bachelors degree in Business Management and desired to start a degree of Masters in Marketing but stopped to pursue the Regional4Sale.com opportunity. In late 2005, JoJo who was encouraged by Andy, re-started her Masters degree in Business and she is nearly 25% complete. You go girl! - Love Andy

Andy earned his Bachelors Degree in Computing Engineering and successfully earned his Masters degree in Business Administration spending an extra year after the MBA to earn an emphasis of the MBA degree in Technology Management, and started his Doctor of Management degree emphasizing Organizational Leadership but stopped to pursue the Regional4Sale.com opportunity. Both Andy & JoJo have a desire to pursue a Law degree given the opportunity once Regional4Sale.com has achieved a level of success and service to others.
