Profitability Let's get right to the nuts and bolts of the business. Regardless who you talk to, whatever you consider, the RG4S solution offers immediate gains and long term results. I (andy) realize there are others like me who desire long lasting, high margin, great customer service, raving fans, and overall positive results given low-cost entry, nearly zero overhead, and easy-entry investment.

Business Rules (rule of 3): My first rule is reward must exceed risk. My second rule is when the dollar amount of business become extremely large, the business becomes violent and dangerous. My third rule is Do not abuse high performers.

Short term investment and immediate profits The key to profitability is strategic management of sales, revenue and collaboration to minimize cost, expenses and overhead. Balance core competencies with outsourcing, versus management of non-core business activities aka insourcing. Clearly identify and continue to manage priorities of income and balance sheet performance. Keep true to the vision and mission of the company. Become tactical in terms of sales and revenue growth creativity and strategies. Minimizing expense is one aspect while support sales growth and cash and credit revenue streams in terms of accounts receivable.

Long term planning and financial strategy Many will concede that long term is defined in decades and sometimes over 50 years. I consider long term as timeless. Strategic opportunities and trends that genuis and wizards identify are based on century trends not ages or eras. Financial strategy is based on knowing the accounting and tax laws and code both in 'letter' and 'spirit', and developing a rapport with agencies to manage and foster long term success and positive gains and results for investors and employees, and the entire market and channel, industry and sector. M&A planning started back in business plan development at organization conception. One does not under-estimate M&A potential and power.

The power of technology Regardless if you are listening to Suze Orman for financial investment guidance, Walt Mossberg for the male version of technology, or Kim Komando for the female version of technology, I would like you to consider the value of my suggestions and ideas regarding business. JoJo finished her Bachelors degree in Business Management and desired to start a degree of Masters in Marketing but stopped to pursue the Regional4Sale.com opportunity. In late 2005, JoJo who was encouraged by Andy, re-started her Masters degree in Business and she is nearly 25% complete. You go girl! - Love Andy

Andy earned his Bachelors Degree in Computing Engineering and successfully earned his Masters degree in Business Administration spending an extra year after the MBA to earn an emphasis of the MBA degree in Technology Management, and started his Doctor of Management degree emphasizing Organizational Leadership but stopped to pursue the Regional4Sale.com opportunity. Both Andy & JoJo have a desire to pursue a Law degree given the opportunity once Regional4Sale.com has achieved a level of success and service to others.
